Evening Pastels

Cloudy skies painted
with sunlight fading slowly
into summer rain.
After-the-rain_2a
Enraptured am I
by the artist’s unseen hand
nature’s soul revealed.

On the edge of color
his shadow softly calling
my wandering  soul       ms
